Dr. Barrow has over 20 years of professional experience across functions, including medicine, human resources, and currently corporate affairs management. She has also worked in management teams across industries including Healthcare, FMCG, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas. She most enjoys creating and deploying sustainable initiatives and projects that shape organizations and industries within which she works.

She joined Midwestern in 2016 as the Head, HR and has since been promoted to the position of Head, Services taking responsibility for the Administration, Community Affairs, External Affairs, Security, ICT, and Procurement. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Society of Human Resources Management.

Dr. Nonye Barrow is married, enjoys running, exciting conversations, and playing golf.
