Kennedy Uwaifiokun Uwagboe is an educationist, a Barrister, admitted into the Supreme Courts of Nigeria and Sierra Leone. He is a Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator and Conciliator, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors.

His core competencies are in the areas of International Commercial Arbitration Mergers & Acquisition Transnational sales of Multinational Assets, Energy, Privatization, Corporate Governance, Audit, Leadership and Policy Analyst

He is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Oil & Gas, Power & Asset Management and other Companies. He has attended and organized several leadership courses both locally and internationally. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), The Sierra Leonean Bar Association (SLBA). He is also a sports enthusiast, enjoys playing golf.
