Engr. Osariemen Owieadolor is a accomplished professional and organizational leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. He has held key roles at Texaco Overseas, Shell Petroleum, Platform Petroleum Ltd, culminating in his retirement as Managing Director and CEO in May 2021. With more than 15 years of corporate board experience across various sectors, Engr. Owieadolor serves on the boards of several organizations, including Transnational Energy Ltd (Licensee of PPL 221 Marginal Field), Trustrock Energy Ltd, Nosak Distilleries Ltd, Shepherd Trust Microfinance Bank, and Magboro Power Company Ltd, among others.
A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and human capital development, he founded and currently chairs the Bedrock Human Development Foundation, a notable educational support NGO in Nigeria. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Trustees and the Governing Council at Lighthouse University in Edo State.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin, an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School in the USA. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) and a life member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), among other professional affiliations.
Beyond his professional commitments, he serves as the Zonal CSR Coordinator for RCCG Powerlink Chapel in Lagos, enjoys playing golf, supports Arsenal Football Club, and is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Lekki Golden.
Engr. Owieadolor is happily married and a proud father of three children.
