Adeche Omotosho-Oboro holds a second class upper degree from the University of Lagos in Chemical Engineering (1994) and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Business School, Netherlands. He worked in various oil and gas fields with Shell Petroleum Development Company between 1995 and 2008

He is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (FAER). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

He joined Midwestern Oil and Gas Limited in 2009 as a Senior Operations Supervisor and rose to the position of Field Superintendent between 2010 and 2013. He is currently the Asset Manager.

He is married with children and has a panache for photography and travelling.
