Feyisara Obayemi has over 20 years of experience in legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions within the energy sector. She has driven strategic initiatives to optimize operations and foster sustainable growth. From spearheading governance enhancements to negotiating cost-saving policies, she brings a proven track record of delivering results. Recognized for excellence in legal practice (recipient of the 2019 ESQ Nigerian Legal Award), she is adept in stakeholder engagement, financial management, and strategic planning.

Feyisara began her career as an Associate (Energy & Project Finance Dept.) in the prestigious law firm of Dentons ACAS-Law and thereafter transitioned in-house as a corporate attorney. She has worked in various sectors spanning from construction, midstream to the upstream energy sector.

She holds a LL.B Degree from Lagos State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She also holds an MBA degree from Regent University, USA. Feyisara is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I, USA) and a member of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management.
