Feyisara Obayemi obtained an LL.B Degree from Lagos State University in 2001 and thereafter a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. She also holds an MBA degree from Regent University, USA.

She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I, USA) and a member of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management.

Almost two decades ago, she started her legal career in ACAS-Law but had since worked as corporate counsel in various sub-sectors within the oil and gas industry. Her experience covers the management of legal and regulatory risks, governance advisory and compliance, dispute resolution, mergers, and acquisitions.

Feyisara assumed the position of Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services in 2018. Prior to this, she was the Head of the Company Secretariat at Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited.

Under her supervision, she introduced efficient and standard processes in providing legal advisory support whilst leveraging on her business and risk management acumen to deliver innovative legal solutions.
