Monday Ogbogboyah Jerumeh is the Ag. Head, Project & Facility Engineering in Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited.
He is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum Training Institute Effurun, Delta State. He attended several short courses to develop his skills in areas of Upstream Petroleum Production Operation and Leadership of Technical Professionals. This quest took him severally to Petroskill in United State, Institute of Leadership and Management, London and Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.
Monday has over 27 years’ experience in the Upstream, Nigerian Oil & Gas industry.
His professional career began with Nigeria Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), where he spent one year in the drilling department. He then proceeded to Elper Oilfield Engineering Company Limited where he was seconded to Texaco Oversea Nigeria Unlimited as a Production Technologist in the Offshore production platforms operations. Other career experience was with Chevron Nigeria Limited where he worked as Lead Production Technologist in Several Swamp and Offshore Locations
He played a vital role in Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited ensuring the operability in design and construction of the ultramodern central processing facility, Central Processing Facility (CPF), and oversaw the commissioning of the company’s new facility for first hydrocarbon introduction.
Monday was previously Field Superintendent and Asset Manager at Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited.
He is a member of the Prestigious Professional Body, The Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Some of his achievements and awards includes: Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited Distinguished Leadership Award in recognition of Outstanding HSE Leadership (2021) and Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited 10-years Long-service Award for contributions and dedication to the company.
