Uche Okoli is the General Manager, Corporate & Legal Services at Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited. He is a trained lawyer with an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and an LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 

He has more than 25 years of diverse legal, management and project development experience, cutting across several sectors, including legal, financial services, power, and energy. 

Having started his career in the corporate finance group at Linklaters, London he held extended stints in investment banking (UBS Investment Bank & Oceanic Capital), before transitioning into management and project development in the energy. 

Prior to his current role as the GM, Corporate &, he served in several power/energy sector entities, including Tideway Projects (co-sponsors and developers of a hydro skimming refinery project in the Niger Delta) and Proton Energy, developers of a 150mw gas fired power generation plant.
